These suggestions are for people who got bored to eat "usual" dishes and for those who want to eat healthy lunches and delicious.

3. Arabic pie with chicken and salad. It's cheap, easy, ready quickly.


You only need :

  • arabic pie

  • 1/2 chicken breast

  • 1/2 grated apple

  • 1 tablespoon of strained yogurt (2%)

  • lettuce or tomato salad

This food has only 345 calories!
