Gluten free buns


How many of you know about the harmful impact of gluten?


Gluten can cause adverse effects, even in people who are not sensitive to gluten.


Many disorders of the brain are associated with gluten, and patients see significant improvements if they are on a gluten-free diet.


Because of these reasons, I'm going to present to you a healthy gluten free bread recipe.


Steps:


1. Warm the oven to 200 C


2. In a large bowl, strain 150 g of corn flour and 150 g of rice flour, then add 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt. Chop 50 g of butter and mix with the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.


3. In a small bowl, mix 2 large eggs and add 300 ml of unsweetened soy milk. In the center of the flour mixture pour the liquid and mix it well with a wooden spoon to incorporate all the flour into the liquid and to obtain a soft dough.


4. Split the dough in even parts and cut them with the knife as showed in the picture and put some sesame seeds on top.







5. Bake in the hot oven 35 - 40 minutes until they rise and get brown. To check if it has been baked, place a wooden fridge in the center of the bread: if it comes out clean, the bread is baked.
