Healthy Breakfast

The breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you should have a good and healthy breakfast!

There are lots of options.


First option:

Bowl with cereals or oat and milk. Take care of the portions (no more than two). Also, do not forget to eat or add fruit!

Second option:

Berry and yogurt smoothie. Blend fresh or frozen fruit (banana, apple and berries) with Greek yogurt and a liquid of your choice such as milk, juice etc.

Third option:

Avocado toast

  • Mash the avocado onto toasted bread

  • On the top of avocado put sunny-side up egg for a healthy dose of protein

  • Add salt & pepper

Forth option:

Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is delicious and nourishing. Certain types of Greek yogurt are good sources of probiotics like Bifidobacteria, which help your gut stay healthy.

You can add on the Greek yogurt berries/ honey or fruit to increase your meal´s vitamin.

Fifth option:

Bread with butter and honey. You can serve it with fresh orange juice or milk!
