Crunchy apple pie

Ingredients:


200 g butter

1,5 dl sugar

3 dl flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

cinnamon

¾ dl milk

one egg

4 apples


Instructions:


1. Peel and slice the apples

2. Melt the butter and add sugar in it and stir.

3. Add flour little by little, not all of them at once. Take one cup of dough aside for putting it on the top of the pie.

4. Add eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Stir with a spoon to combine all the ingredients. It shouldn’t be runny.

5. Pour the dough in a cake tin and put the apple slices on it. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on the apples and add rest of the dough on them.

6. Bake pie for about 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown in 200°C.


Serve on its own or with vanilla sauce or ice cream!
