The Romanian cuisine, as well as the culture, reflects, through each dish, the vast history of the country. Since ancient times, occupations based on agriculture, animal husbandry and Romanian warehouses, so that the Romanian cuisine is a greater enjoyment during a wide range of traditional vegetable, meat and dairy products.
Following the migrations and occupations of other countries that have occurred over time and by combining their cultures, the Romanian cuisine has been influenced by the Balkan, Turkish, German, Serbian, Italian, Hungarian, and, at present, the diversity of Western preparations have an impact on the Romanian dishes.
