Don't you always wonder how to prepare a delicious dinner but healthy at the same time?


And maybe something that doesn't need to much time to be prepared?


I'm going to give you an idea that fulfills all of the requirements mentioned above and I hope you'll love it as much as I do!




Steps to cook this delicious salad:



1. Boil between 50-100 g of quinoa

2. Cut a red bell pepper and 50 g of goat cheese

3. Mix all of the ingredients together and had some pomegranate at the end














Steps to cook this delicious eggplants:

1. Wash the eggplants and cut them in slices

2. Cover them in parmesan

3. Put the in the oven at 180 degress for around 20-25 minutes.










And just like this you have cooked yourself a dinner full of nutrients and benefits.
