Ingredients:
· 1 teacup of baking flour
· ¾ of teacup water
· 2 pinches of salt
· Olive oil
· Thyme Honey
Method:
1. Mix the water, the flour and the salt
2. Let them rest for 10-15 minutes until the mixture is elevated
3. Put olive oil in a pan in order to cover its bottom and let the oil be hot
4. Fry the pancakes
5. Serve them with honey
