Finnish eating hours and food are quite different than some other countries.
For breakfast Finns eat porridge with berries or with milk and sugar, bread, yogurt or eggs. They drink water, juice and of course coffee as it’s an essential part of the Finnish food culture.
Finnish people eat their biggest meal at lunch time which is between 11am and 2pm. Lunch is normally a hot meal for example soup and a salad, and coffee and sometimes dessert.
After Finns get home from work they already eat their dinner which is around 5pm. Later in the evening they just eat something light before going to bed.
So, daily Finns eat breakfast, two hot meals and two snacks during the day.
