Bolognese pasta- The Greek version

Ingredients:

· 500 g pure beef meat

· 1 onion

· 1 teacup of olive oil

· 1 teacup of red wine

· 5 tomatoes

· Pasta

Method:

1. Put the olive oil in the pot in medium temperature

2. Cut the onion is small pieces and put it in the pot for 2-3’

3. Add the meat and let it be cooked slightly

4. Put the red wine and let it boil until it will be evaporated

5. Smash the tomatoes and add them in the pot

6. Add one tablespoon of salt and some pepper

7. Let it be cooked for 10 more minutes

8. Boil the pasta and
